Procedures

We provide the following office-based procedures at no extra cost, as part of your monthly membership:

• EKG for the evaluation of acute cardiac concerns, monitoring of complications of chronic heart disease, and pre-operative exams

• In-office tests including urinalysis, rapid strep and flu testing, glucose monitoring, pregnancy testing, TB screening

• Spirometry and breathing treatments for patients with asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

• Injections such as steroid-analgesic joint injections for arthritis of shoulders and knees, trigger point injections for myalgia, B12 injections, and vaccination for adults and children (additional costs apply to vaccines)

• Skin procedures such as simple laceration repair, mole biopsy and removal, incision and drainage (I&D) of abscesses, excision of benign cysts, cryotherapy for warts and benign skin lesions

• Selected procedures such as earwax removal, ingrown toenail removal

• Splinting and casting of uncomplicated orthopedic injuries such as acute sprains and simple fractures

• Wound care for burns and ulcers
